While negotiations for the third increase in raw material in 18 months have not yet been completed, there is also the negotiation of energy, in a market in shortage. How can we not deteriorate the relationship in the short term and preserve the achievement of strategic objectives of relationship with certain customers or suppliers? We worked together with our clients to write and deploy “strategic agendas” in line with their objectives.

In the market of the circular economy, supported by a strong political will, double-digit growth for 3 years, the strategy of the best bidder, had become ineffective for our client. Faced with various players, ranging from the associative world to hegemonic multinationals, our client was forced to extremely ambitious economic goals. In this context, it was necessary to renew the doctrine of contractual commitment to bring about performance, giving prominence to its negotiation strategies.
