Our client, a large group, manufacturer of building materials, wanted to secure deliveries of processed raw materials, from a supplier with whom it was in total dependence. Following a situational diagnosis carried out with our client’s teams, we supported them in establishing a basis for negotiation offering a long-term relationship. The supplier thus benefited from sufficient visibility to guarantee volumes while maintaining its profitability. We accompanied them until the agreement.

By implementing the appropriate relationship strategies with all the internal entities concerned vis-à-vis the publisher and a rigorous preparation of negotiation both in the optimization of time pressure and negotiation postures, our client has managed to obtain an optimized agreement that satisfies all stakeholders.
