Who are we ?

We are a company specialising in negotiation, both in consulting and in the transformation of Attitudes and Know-How. We each have more than 15 years’ experience in professional negotiation, which we make available to the business world, in particular to more than 50% of CAC40 companies.

In consulting, we implement different relationship strategies to help our clients achieve decisive results with lasting impact. In training, we aim to develop our employees’ negotiating skills. We want them to know how to negotiate in the context they encounter. We don’t want them to be informed negotiators, but negotiators who deliver results.

Paul-Henri Plantevin stands out as a seasoned negotiation expert and as co-founder of Negos Consulting, a company founded in September 2022 in partnership with Jean Maxence Belquin.

With 18 years’ experience in negotiation consultancy and training, Paul-Henri brings professionalism in negotiation and a commitment to excellence. His position as Managing Director of Arcante Académie from January 2020 has brilliantly illustrated his leadership skills, while his role as Associate Director since 2016 has seen him steer the strategic development of numerous negotiation consultancy projects around the world, particularly in Asia, Eastern Europe and Russia. Paul-Henri has also played a central role in the deployment and management of mandates in a variety of sectors, such as food and non-food retailing, the automotive industry, banking and the circular economy.
